We hope this will address the gaps in current standards, methodologies
and tools. Each R&D Stream is managed by a lead research organisation
and supported by up to four other research organisations. Each of
the research organisations has specific expertise and experience
in particular fields. Our Organisational Partners play a key role
in the R&D process, supporting the research organisations by
providing practical explanations of their use of existing tools,
whether proprietary or in the public domain.
Executive summaries of the R&D reports will be available from
May 31st 2001 on the individual R&D pages of the website. Copies
of the complete reports and the SIGMA Guidelines will be available
to Stakeholders in pdf format on the website from the end of June.
